there is something about these kinds of British comedies that fill me with a special joy. They always have such a great mix of characters. More “normal” looking people. Different types mixed together. Seems like so much of the stuff out there is missing this bit of spice.
It’s a kind of diversity, but in, like, a “lower case ’d' diversity” kind of way.
